Post-election one-week past analysis

My critical analysis of the past general election is weighing heavy on my mind.  I exercised my civic duty on November 6 so I feel entitled to voice a public position on the outcome of this horrific election cycle.  First, I must say that I am dreadfully disappointed that voters have re-elected President Barack Obama.  Now, I have got that off my chest and you all see that I am not an Obama supporter.  Was I a Romney supporter?  Ummm, no, I really was not either although I felt compelled to vote for him strictly on the premise that he was the best running candidate.  And this brings up my next point: America has a democracy formed government in that elections are held and citizens are offered a choice of who to vote for.  Unfortunately, we are not always given the “best” candidate to run for office.  So, now you realize that I voted Republican.  I have always voted Republican over the last 7 presidential voting cycles, since 1988.  I have always felt that Republicans have had the best running candidates.  I grew up in the Reagan years and I honestly say that there has not been a grander politician than Mr. Reagan.  God bless his soul.

So, what is the critical problem now one week after the election.  The overall climate of political, social, religious, fiscal, etc. things is simply devastating our governmental institutions.  The whole realm of life is bombarded with evil and sinful ways of man.  This whole world is dark and dreary.  Can you really find a resolute and calm place anywhere.  Some people say that if Mr. Romney had been elected they would have left America to go to Mexico or Australia, or other places.  And some other people said the same thing if Mr. Obama would be elected.  Are they really leaving now.  No, probably not; because in all reality there is no other safer place to go.  America has been the best nation ever on the face of the earth.  Yet, I feel we are not fully appreciating and being thankful to God that this is so.  God has allowed these blessings to be.  Do you believe that?

In conclusion, I simply say that all should be aware that it is God who sets up governments and it will be his privilege to take any government down.  He rules supremely over all the affairs of the world.  All conducted in the natural elements, which includes the human physical mind [brain] to be intelligent to vote.  There is also  the spiritual realm that cause men to think good or evil.  This is with everyone.  No one is exempt from thinking good or evil.  We are fully responsible and accountable for our deeds.  This is what American who voted for Mr. Obama will have to live with.  His changes in government and policies will affect all Americans.  Therefore, I choose to live faithful to my higher power and that is God.  He will control all things.
